About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Hometown Comfort Solutions website and your request for residential HVAC service. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide residential heating, cooling, water heater and gas line services to homes in Washington County and the South Hills, about 35 miles around Houston, PA. We serve residential homes only.
Service requests
When you submit a request, you agree to provide accurate information. We will call you back during business hours, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Pricing and scope of work are discussed before any work begins.
Gas safety
If you smell gas, leave the house and call 911 or your gas utility's emergency line before contacting us. We perform gas line repair only after the utility has made the area safe. If your carbon monoxide alarm is going off, get everyone outside and call 911.
